摘要
目的探讨解郁丸联合沙盘游戏疗法治疗儿童青少年抑郁障碍的效果。方法选取2023年4月至2024年1月赣州市第三人民医院60例儿童青少年抑郁障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。观察组给予解郁丸联合沙盘游戏治疗,对照组给予单纯解郁丸方法治疗。比较两组患儿临床抑郁症状、日常生活能力、情绪调节及治疗依从性情况。结果观察组治疗4、8周后抑郁症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗8周后情绪调节困难量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后行为特点评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗8周后治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童青少年抑郁障碍治疗联合应用解郁丸、沙盘游戏措施可改善抑郁程度,积极调节情绪,在提高治疗依从性基础上改善康复效果,有助于提升患儿日常生活能力,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Jieyu Pills combined with sandplay therapy on depression disorder in children and adolescents.Methods A total of 60 adolescents and children with depression disorder in the Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou from April 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Jieyu Pills combined with sandplay,and the control group was treated with simply Jieyu Pills.Clinical depression symptoms,daily living ability,emotional regulation and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The depression symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the score of emotional regulation difficulty scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of behavioral characteristics in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 8 weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Jieyu Pills and sandplay in the treatment of children and adolescents with depression disorder can improve the degree of depression,positively regulate emotion,improve the rehabilitation effect on the basis of improving treatment compliance,and help improve the daily living ability of children,which is worthy of popularization and application.
