职业院校专业课教学“教书”与“育人”有机融合的行动路径:基于课程思政的视角

The Action Path for the Organic Integration of“Teaching”and“Nurturing”in Vocational College Professional Course Teaching:From the Perspective of Curriculum Ideology and Politics

摘要 在专业课教学中实现“教书”与“育人”有机融合是职业院校落实“立德树人”根本任务的重要途径,在此过程中课程思政理念可为“教书”与“育人”有机融合提供方向指引。为此,有必要分析“教书”与“育人”有机融合的形成逻辑;从制定指导性实施意见、完善人才培养方案、优化课程结构、制(修)订课程标准四个环节,构建起“教书”与“育人”有机融合的基本框架;从教学目标的确定、教学内容的呈现、教学方法的创新、循证教学的实施等四个方面,厘清“教书”与“育人”有机融合的操作要义;通过构建评价反馈体系,促进“教书”与“育人”有机融合的内驱机制。 The organic integration of“teaching”and“nurturing”in professional course teaching is an important way for vocational colleges to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people.In this process,the concepts of curriculum ideology and politics can provide guidance for the organic integration of“teaching”and“nurturing”.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the formation logic of the organic integration of“teaching”and“nurturing”;this paper build a basic framework for the organic integration of“teaching”and“nurturing”from four aspects:formulating guiding implementation opinions,improving talent cultivation plans,optimizing curriculum structure,and formulating(revising)curriculum standards;clarify the operational essentials of the organic integration of“teaching”and“nurturing”from four aspects:determining teaching objectives,presenting teaching content,innovating teaching methods,and implementing evidence-based teaching;by constructing an evaluation feedback system,we can promote an internal drive mechanism that integrates“teaching”and“nurturing”organically.
