摘要
文中为确定合理的可控低强度流动性回填材料(CLSM)配合比,采用蒙特卡洛方法和功效系数法对配合比进行综合评价。根据16组CLSM的试验数据,以水泥掺量、橡胶掺量和用水量为自变量,以流动度、7 d无侧限抗压强度(U7)、28 d无侧限抗压强度(U28)为响应变量,通过比选确定使用三元二次回归方程构建CLSM评价指标预测模型,采用流动度、U7、U28,三项指标建立了CLSM的功效系数计算模型,采用蒙特卡洛方法对1组可用于一般道路路基的CLSM配合比进行模拟试验,计算此组配合比的功效系数分布。结果显示文中方法适用于CLSM配合比评价,蒙特卡洛模拟抽样次数对功效系数计算结果有明显的影响,必须保证足够的抽样次数。
To determine the optimal mix proportions of Controlled Low-Strength Material(CLSM)with desired flowability,a comprehensive evaluation was conducted using the Monte Carlo method and the effectiveness coefficient method.Based on experimental data from 16 groups of CLSM,cement content,rubber content,and water content were taken as independent variables,while flowability,7-day unconfined compressive strength(U7),and 28-day unconfined compressive strength(U28)were used as response variables.A ternary quadratic regression equation was selected to construct a predictive model for CLSM evaluation indicators.An effectiveness coefficient calculation model for CLSM was established using flowability,U7,and U28 as evaluation criteria.The Monte Carlo method was employed to simulate the mix proportions of one CLSM group suitable for general road subgrades,and the distribution of its effectiveness coefficient was calculated.The results demonstrate that this method is applicable for evaluating CLSM mix proportions.Additionally,the number of Monte Carlo simulation samples has a significant impact on the calculation of the effectiveness coefficient,necessitating a sufficient number of samples to ensure reliable results.
