摘要
乡村民宿是推动乡村产业振兴和乡村旅游高质量发展的重要产品。根据网络评论和半结构化访谈资料,采用文本分析和扎根理论方法,探讨乡村民宿吸引力的构成及其提升策略。研究发现,基于消费场景、心理感知、设施物品、乡土景观、主客互动、配套资源6个主范畴,将乡村民宿吸引力核心范畴归纳为“场景舒适物”,并对场景舒适物概念做了定义与解析。研究认为乡村民宿场景舒适物由真实性、戏剧性和规范性3个主维度和自我、族群、乡土、时尚、越轨、仪式、功能、安全、成本9个次维度构成。基于个体与合体两个层面展开,乡村民宿场景舒适物建构可以从人、地方、设施的有效协同入手,建构路径包括场景新设、场景叠加、场景置换3种模式。
Rural homestay is an important product to promote the revitalization of rural industry and the high-quality development of rural tourism.Based on online reviews and semi-structured interview data,this paper uses text analysis and grounded theoretical empirical methods to explore the attractiveness of rural homestay and its enhancing strategies.The research finds that based on six main categories of consumption scenarios,psychological perception,facilities and items,rural landscapes,host-guest interaction,and supporting resources,the core category of rural homestay attractiveness is summarized as“scenario amenities”.The study defines and analyzes the concept of scenario amenities,and proposes that scenario amenities of rural homestay consist of three primary dimensions:authenticity,theatricality and normativity,and nine secondary dimensions:self,ethnic group,rurality,fashion,deviation,ritual,functionality,safety,and cost.From both individual and collective perspectives,the construction of scenario amenities in rural homestay can start with effective coordination among people,places,and facilities.The construction pathways include three models:scenario creation,scenario superposition,and scenario replacement.
