摘要
为分析葛根芩连汤在治疗由非典型肠致病性大肠埃希氏菌引起的羔羊腹泻,使用网络药理学对葛根芩连汤和非典型肠致病性大肠埃希氏菌引起的羔羊腹泻进行研究。葛根芩连汤含有53种活性化学成分,233个药物靶点,共收集到非典型肠致病性大肠埃希氏菌作用于羊的基因靶点和羔羊腹泻相关靶点680个。葛根芩连汤治疗非典型肠道致病性大肠杆菌引起的羔羊腹泻的药物活性成分—基因靶点网络模型,发现PTGS2、AKT1、IL6、VEGFA、CASP8、CASP3和TNF为关键靶点,甲酮素、表小檗碱、槲皮素、β-谷甾醇、山奈酚和黄芩苷含有更多的相关基因靶点,揭示了葛根芩连汤对非典型肠致病性大肠埃希菌引起的羔羊腹泻的药理作用机制。
To analyze the efficacy of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in treating lamb diarrhea caused by atypical enteropathogenic Escherichia coli.Network pharmacology was used to analyze the diarrhea caused by Gegen Qinlian Decoction and atypical enteropathogenic Escherichia coli in lamb.As a result,Gegen Qinlian Decoction contains 53 active chemical ingredients and 233 drug targets.A total of 680 gene targets related to atypical enteropathogenic Escherichia coli acting on cows and calf diarrhea were collected.The drug active ingredient gene target network model of Gegen Qinlian Decoction for treating calf diarrhea caused by atypical intestinal pathogenic Escherichia coli revealed that PTGS2,AKT1,IL6,VEGFA,CASP8,CASP3,and TNF were key targets,while ketoxin,Epiberberine,Quercetin,β-sitosterol,Kaempferol,and Baicalin contained more related gene targets.The conclusion reveals the pharmacological mechanism of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in treating lamb diarrhea caused by atypical enteropathogenic Escherichia coli.
