摘要
本文以危险品包装瓦楞纸箱为研究对象,探究温度、湿度、堆码时间对其性能的影响。结果表明,当环境湿度低于70%时,随着环境相对湿度的增加,瓦楞纸箱的耐破强度和抗压强度随湿度变化并不明显,当环境相对湿度超过80%,瓦楞纸箱的耐破强度及抗压强度显著下降;环境温度为10~80℃之间时,在环境湿度低于80%的条件下,温度变化对瓦楞纸箱的性能无明显影响;当堆码时长少于16 h时,纸箱性能随堆码时间的延长呈现一定规律性变化。研究结果可为瓦楞纸箱性能检验条件的进一步优化提供参考依据。
In this paper,the effects of temperature,humidity and stacking time on the performance of corrugated carton for dangerous goods packaging were studied.The results indicate that when the humidity is below 70%,the burst strength and compressive strength of corrugated carton do not vary significantly with changes in relative humidity.However,when the humidity exceeds 80%,the burst strength and compressive strength of corrugated carton decrease significantly.When the temperature is between 10℃ and 80℃ and the humidity is below 80%,temperature changes have no significant effect on the performance of corrugated carton.When the stacking time is less than 16 hours,the performance of the corrugated carton changes regularly with the extension of the stacking time.The results can provide theoretical basis for optimizing the performance inspection conditions of corrugated carton.
