摘要
针对高COD含氟有机废水难以处理的问题,开发了一种新型复合除氟剂TS-F1,在相同条件下考察TS-F1、CaCl_(2)、AlCl_(3)对不同COD的含氟有机废水的去氟效果,并考察了TS-F1投加量、反应时间、反应温度对TS-F1去除含氟有机废水中氟离子效果的影响。结果发现:TS-F1除氟剂具有较高的除氟率,优于传统的CaCl_(2)和AlCl_(3)除氟剂,能够将氟离子质量浓度从50 mg/L降至1.5 mg/L以下,达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)地表水Ⅳ类排放标准;随着TS-F1投加量的增加、反应时间的延长、温度的增加,氟离子去除率增大。结果还发现,COD对氟离子去除率有显著影响,当COD≤60 mg/L时,TS-F1除氟剂能够达到最佳的除氟效果,而当COD>60 mg/L时,可以通过催化氧化技术进行预处理,降低废水中COD至60 mg/L以下再去除氟离子。TS-F1除氟剂是一种高效、经济的除氟剂,该研究为实际工程中高COD含氟有机废水处理提供了参考。
To address the challenge of high COD fluorine-containing organic wastewater,a novel composite defluorinating agent,TS-F1,was developed.The defluorination performance of TS-F1 was compared with commonly used defluorinating agents,CaCl_(2) and AlCl_(3),under identical conditions for organic wastewater with different COD levels.The effects of TS-F1 dosage,reaction time,and reaction temperature on the removal of fluoride ions from fluorine-containing organic wastewater were also investigated.The results indicated that TS-F1 exhibited a higher defluorination rate compared to traditional CaCl_(2) and AlCl_(3) defluorinating agents,reducing the fluoride ion concentration from 50 mg/L to below 1.5 mg/L,which could meet the ClassⅣdischarge standard of the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002).Additionally,the defluorination rate increased with the increase of TS-F1 dosage,reaction time,and temperature.The study also found that COD significantly affected the defluorination rate.When COD≤60 mg/L,TS-F1 achieved optimal defluorination performance.For COD>60 mg/L,catalytic oxidation pretreatment was required to reduce COD to below 60 mg/L before defluorination.TS-F1 was an efficient and economical defluorinating agent.The study provided a reference for the treatment of high COD fluorine-containing organic wastewater in practical engineering.
