摘要
基于我国2013—2022年284个地级城市的面板数据,通过基准回归模型、中介模型以及门槛模型实证检验新质生产力、数据要素配置、金融集聚以及绿色创新链升级之间的关系。检验结果显示:新质生产力可显著正向促进绿色创新链升级;新质生产力对绿色创新链升级具有区域异质性以及城市规模异质性。中介模型检验结果显示,新质生产力可通过数据要素配置、金融集聚促进绿色创新链升级。门槛模型检验结果显示,新质生产力对绿色创新链升级的促进作用存在非线性递增趋势。据此,建议建立新质生产力发展保障机制、优化数据要素市场发展环境以及构建一盘棋金融资源供给格局,以期为新质生产力发展、绿色创新链升级提供有益借鉴。
Based on the panel data of 284 prefecture-level cities from 2013 to 2022,the relationship between new quality productivity,data element allocation,financial agglomeration and green innovation chain upgrading is empirically tested through benchmark regression model,intermediary model and threshold model.The test results show that the new quality productivity can significantly and positively promote the upgrading of green innovation chain.The new quality productivity has regional heterogeneity and urban scale heterogeneity for the upgrading of green innovation chain.The results of the intermediary model test show that new quality productivity can promote the upgrading of the green innovation chain through data element allocation and financial agglomeration.The threshold model test results show that there is a non-linear increasing trend in the promotion effect of new quality productivity on the upgrading of the green innovation chain.Based on this,it is suggested to establish a guarantee mechanism for the development of new quality productivity,optimize the development environment of data element markets,and construct a comprehensive financial resource supply pattern,in order to provide useful references for the development of new quality productivity and the upgrading of green innovation chain.
