“工业4.0”背景下职业教育课程变革的逻辑理路与实践路径

Logical Approach and Practical Path of Vocational Education Curriculum Reform under the Background of"Industry 4.0"

摘要 “工业4.0”时代要求职业技能人才具备全面综合素质与高超技术技能。职业教育课程是技能人才培养的重要载体,然而就现状而言,此类课程存在相关主体意识不足、产教融而不合、教师信息素养水平有限等问题。文章梳理职业教育课程变革逻辑理路,并提出实践路径,即统整工具理性和价值理性,基于职业能力社会化设定课程目标;坚持跨学科导向,适应产业转型升级设置课程内容;推动知识与技能协同发展,打造“实践导向”教学模式;构建多维评价机制,利用信息化技术完善课程评价体系。 In the era of"Industry 4.0",vocational skill talents are required to possess comprehensive qualities and superior technical skills.Vocational education curriculum is an important carrier for the cultivation of skilled talents.However,in terms of the current situation,the vocational education curriculum has many problems,including insufficient awareness among relevant subjects,insufficient integration between production and education and the teachers'limited information literacy.Thus,the paper sorts out the logical approach of the vocational education curriculum reform and proposes a practical path,that is,integrating instrumental rationality and value rationality to set the curriculum objectives based on the socialization of vocational capability;adhering to the interdisciplinary orientation to adapt to the industrial transformation and upgrading and set up the course content;promoting the coordinated development between knowledge and skills and creating"practice-oriented"teaching model;constructing multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism and using information technology to perfect curriculum evaluation system.
