摘要
为降低牛粪有机肥、秸秆在还田利用过程中对土壤中重金属的潜在影响提供理论依据和技术支持。试验采用盆栽试验,分析了不同配施处理对土壤中重金属全量、有效态分配率、土壤理化性质的影响,并分析了指标之间的相关性。结果表明,适量的牛粪和秸秆与化肥配施可降低土壤中重金属总量,同时改良了土壤的理化性质,提高了玉米的生物量。不同处理土壤的pH、有机质和阳离子交换量较施用化肥处理分别最高提升了12.15%、13.25%和7.84%。土壤中铜、锌因配施而活化,表现在弱酸提取态分配率的上升和残渣态分配率的下降,土壤中铅、镉因配施而钝化。理化性质的改变对土壤重金属形态有一定影响。铜的形态变化主要受有机质含量影响,而锌、镉的弱酸提取态和残渣态分配率主要受pH影响,可氧化态锌分配率与有机质显著正相关(P<0.05),残渣态铅的分配率与阳离子交换量相关性极显著(P<0.01)。说明牛粪有机肥、秸秆与化肥配施可以通过调控土壤理化性质影响土壤中重金属的有效性。
To provide theoretical basis and technical support for reducing the potential impact of organic fertilizer made of cattle manure and straw during the process of returning to the field on heavy metals in soil,a pot experiment was conducted to analyze the effects of different co-application treatments on the total content,bioavailability distribution of heavy metals in soil,and soil physicochemical properties.It also examine examined the correlation between these indicators.The results showed that appropriate co-application of cow dung,straw and chemical fertilizer could reduce the total amount of heavy metals in soil,improve the physicochemical properties,and increase the biomass of maize.Soil pH,organic matter and cation exchange in different treatments were increased by up to 12.15%,13.25%and 7.84%,respectively.Copper and Zinc in soil were activated by the co-application,as evidenced by an increase in the partition rate in the weak acid extraction state and a decrease in the partition rate in the residue state,while lead and cadmium in soil were passivated.Changes in physicochemical properties had an impact on the morphology of heavy metals in soil.The morphology changes of copper was mainly affected by organic matter content,whereas the partition rates of Zn and Cd in the weakly acid-extractable and residual states were mainly affected by pH value.The partition rate of oxidizable zinc was significantly positively correlated with organic matter(P<0.05),and the partition rate of residue lead was highly correlated with cation exchange capacity(P<0.01).This indicates that co-application of organic fertilizer of cattle manure,straw and chemical fertilizer can affect the bioavailability of heavy metals in soil by regulating soil physicochemical properties.
