不同蛋白质原料对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能、养分表观消化率及免疫指标的影响

Effects of different protein raw materials on growth performance,slaughter performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and immune indicators of mutton sheep

摘要 试验旨在探究不同蛋白质原料对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能、养分表观消化率及免疫指标的影响。试验将150只“杜×寒”杂交肉羊随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只肉羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮(含15%豆粕),棉籽粕组、花生粕组、菜籽粕组分别使用棉籽粕、花生粕、菜籽粕替代豆粕,混合粕组使用1∶1∶1的棉籽粕、花生粕、菜籽粕替代豆粕。预试期10 d,正式试验期120 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,棉籽粕组肉羊末重、平均日采食量、平均日增重均显著降低(P<0.05),混合粕组肉羊末重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。棉籽粕组肉羊的宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率均显著低于其他组(P<0.05),混合粕组肉羊的宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率均显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。棉籽粕组、花生粕组、菜籽粕组的粗蛋白表观消化率显著降低(P<0.05),混合粕组与对照组的各养分表观消化率差异均不显著(P>0.05)。各组肉羊免疫指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加混合粕替代豆粕作为蛋白质源饲喂肉羊效果较好,具有一定的可行性,可以在肉羊养殖业中推广应用。 The trial was aimed to investigating the effects of different protein raw materials added to the diet on the growth performance,slaughter performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and immune index of mutton sheep.A total of 150'Dorper×Mongolian'hybrid mutton sheep were randomly divided into five groups,with six replicates per group and five sheep per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet containing 15%soybean meal.The cottonseed meal group,peanut meal group and rapeseed meal group were fed with cottonseed meal,peanut meal and rapeseed meal instead of soybean meal,respectively.The mixed meal group was fed a diet composed of cottonseed meal,peanut meal,and rapeseed meal in a 1∶1∶1 ratio.The pre-trial period lasted 10 days,and the formal trial period lasted 120 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final body weight,average daily feed intake,and average daily gain of the sheep in the cottonseed meal group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the final body weight of the sheep in the mixed meal group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The live weight before slaughter,carcass weight,and slaughter rate of the sheep in the cottonseed meal group were significantly lower than those of the other groups(P<0.05),while those of the sheep in the mixed meal group were significantly higher than those of the other groups(P<0.05).The nutrient apparent digestibility of crude protein in the cottonseed meal group,peanut meal group,and rapeseed meal group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in nutrient apparent digestibility between the mixed meal group and the control group(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in immune index among the groups(P>0.05).The study indicates that replacing soybean meal with a mixed meal as a protein source in the diet for mutton sheep is effective and feasible,and it is worth promoting and applying in the mutton sheep industry.
