笼层对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化及免疫功能的影响

Effects of cage layer on growth performance,slaughter performance,serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant capacity,and immune function of yellow-feathered broilers

摘要 试验旨在研究笼层对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化及免疫功能的影响。选取480只1日龄快速型雄性黄羽肉鸡,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复20只肉鸡。试验采用三层立体笼养模式,分为下层组(L组)、中层组(M组)和上层组(U组),试验期63 d。结果显示,各阶段L组、M组和U组末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。M组和U组腿肌率均显著高于L组(P<0.05)。与M组相比,L组胸腺指数显著降低(P<0.05),U组法氏囊指数显著降低(P<0.05),L组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。与L组相比,M组和U组血清总胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P<0.05),尿素(BUN)含量显著增加(P<0.05)。L组和U组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著低于M组(P<0.05),L组与M组丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于U组(P<0.05)。与L组相比,M组白细胞介素-4 (IL-4)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)mRNA的相对表达量显著上调(P<0.05),U组IL-4和IL-10 mRNA相对表达量显著下调(P<0.05)。研究表明,三层立体笼养条件下,笼层对黄羽肉鸡屠宰性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化及免疫功能有所影响,通过调节肠道免疫相关基因表达水平影响肠道免疫功能,中层黄羽肉鸡的抗氧化氧化和免疫功能较好。 The study aimed to investigate the effects of cage layer on the growth performance,slaughter performance,serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant capacity,and immune function of yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 480 one-day-old fast-growing male yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into three groups,with eight replicates per group and 20 broilers per replicate.A three-tier cage rearing system was used,with the lower-layer group(L group),middle-layer group(M group),and upper-layer group(U group).The experimental period lasted for 63 days.The results showed that there were no significant differences in final weight,average daily weight gain,average daily feed intake,and feed-to-weight ratio among the L,M,and U groups at each stage(P>0.05).The leg muscle percentage in the M and U groups was significantly higher than that in the L group(P<0.05).Compared with the M group,the thymus index was significantly lower in the L group(P<0.05),and the bursa of Fabricius index was significantly lower in the U group(P<0.05).The serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)activity was significantly higher in the L group(P<0.05).Compared with the L group,the serum total cholesterol(TC)content was significantly lower in the M and U groups(P<0.05),while serum urea nitrogen(BUN)was significantly higher(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of serum was significantly lower in the L and U groups than in the M group(P<0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly lower in the L and M groups than in the U group(P<0.05).Compared with the L group,the relative expression levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-10(IL-10)were significantly upregulated in the M group(P<0.05),while they were significantly downregulated in the U group(P<0.05).The study indicates that under the three-tier cage rearing conditions,the cage layer had certain effects on the slaughter performance,serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant capacity,and immune function of yellow-feathered broilers.The intestinal immune function was affected by regulating the expression level of intestinal immune-related genes,and the antioxidant oxidation and immune function of middle-layer yellow-feathered broilers were the best.
