摘要
本文介绍了碳纤维复合材料轴的优点及发展现状。通过对碳纤维轴试验模型的有限元分析,比较不同缠绕角度复合材料轴力学性能、固有频率等,获得最佳的缠绕角度,并进行了试验验证,验证了仿真方法的有效性。进一步对1∶1大扭矩复合材料轴强度、屈曲和模态进行了有限元计算。结果表明:该设计方案满足大转矩推力轴对强度和屈曲的要求,其临界转速满足许用值。
The advantages and development status of carbon fiber composite shaft are introduced in this paper.Through finite element analysis of the test model of carbon fiber shaft,the mechanical properties and natural frequencies of composites with different winding angles were compared to obtain the best winding angles,and the effectiveness of the simulation method was verified by experiments.The finite element calculation of strength,buckling and mode of 1∶1 high⁃torque composite shaft was carried out.The results show that the design scheme meets the requirements of strength and buckling of high⁃torque thrust shaft,and its critical speed meets the allowable value.
