摘要
在循环载荷作用下,由于疲劳或应力集中,螺栓会发生松动或断裂,使节点的连接强度和稳定性降低,导致整体结构的稳定性和安全性受到威胁。为提高方钢管柱螺栓连接节点的抗冲击能力,制备了3种不同类型的连接节点试件(单向螺栓/单向螺栓柱拼接节点、单向螺栓/高强螺栓柱拼接节点、对穿螺栓/高强螺栓柱拼接节点)。用高精度落锤试验装置对3组试件分别施加40、80、120 kg的循环载荷。结果表明:对穿螺栓/高强螺栓柱拼接节点试件在单次冲击载荷和长期循环冲击载荷下均表现出最强的抗冲击性能,具有优异的承载能力和能量吸收能力,以及较小的累积塑性应变。对穿螺栓/高强螺栓柱拼接节点的建筑结构的安全性和稳定性较好。
bstract Under cyclic load,due to fatigue or stress concentration,bolts will loosen or break,reducing the connection strength and stability of joints,resulting in a threat to the stability and safety of the overall structure.In order to improve the impact resistance of bolted joints of square steel pipe column,three different types of joint specimens were prepared(unidirectional bolt/unidirectional bolt joint,unidirectional bolt/high⁃strength bolt joint,cross⁃threading bolt/high⁃strength bolt joint).Using a high⁃precision drop hammer test device,the cyclic loads of 40 kg,80 kg and 120 kg were applied to the three groups of specimens respectively.The results show that the joint specimens of the cross⁃threading bolt/high⁃strength bolt column exhibit the strongest impact resistance,excellent load bearing capacity and energy absorption capacity,and small cumulative plastic strain under both single impact load and long⁃term cyclic impact load.The safety and stability of the building structure of the cross⁃threading bolt/high⁃strength bolt column node is better.
