环保绩效视域下绿色人力资源管理路径研究

Research on the path of green human resource management from the perspective of environmental performance

摘要 随着全球经济发展,人类赖以生存的气候和生态环境等环保问题成为社会关注的热点话题,企业环保绩效数据成为衡量其社会责任和可持续发展的重要指标。因此,如何构建并实施环境保护与企业可持续生产的双赢策略已成为我国企业面临的重要课题。文章指出人力资源作为企业最重要的资源,构建基于企业环保绩效的绿色人力资源管理创新路径对提升企业环保绩效、实现可持续发展与整体竞争力具有重要价值,是实现环境保护与可持续生产的双赢举措。 With the development of the global economy,environmental issues such as climate and ecological environment on which human beings rely for survival have become hot topics of social concern.The environmental performance data of enterprises has become an important indicator for measuring their social responsibility and sustainable development.Therefore,how to construct and implement a winwin strategy between environmental protection and sustainable production of enterprises has become an important issue faced by Chinese enterprises.The paper points out that human resourses are the most important resource of enterprises,carrying out the innovative path of green human resource management based on the environmental performance of enterprises is of great value for improving the environmental performance of enterprises,achieving sustainable development and overall competitiveness,and is a win-win measure for achieving environmental protection and sustainable production.
