摘要
随着工业自动化的快速发展,自动化包装系统在提高生产效率和产品质量方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。探讨了基于西门子博途V16平台的自动化包装系统PLC控制方案。通过分析系统需求,设计了包括传送带控制、分拣机构、包装机和码垛机器人在内的完整控制流程。采用结构化编程方法,实现了系统的顺序控制、安全监控和人机界面设计。实验结果表明,该控制方案可使包装效率提高30%,误差率降低至0.1%以下。该研究成果为类似自动化包装系统的PLC控制提供了一定参考。
With the rapid development of industrial automation,automated packaging systems are playing an increasingly important role in improving production efficiency and product quality.This study explores the PLC control scheme for an automated packaging system based on the Siemens TIA Portal V16 platform.By analyzing system requirements,a complete control process was designed,including conveyor belt control,sorting mechanism,packaging machine,and palletizing robot.Using structured programming methods,the system's sequential control,safety monitoring,and human-machine interface design have been implemented.The experimental results show that this control scheme can increase packaging efficiency by 30%and reduce the error rate to below 0.1%.The research results provide certain reference for PLC control of similar automated packaging systems.
