基于单神经元PID的建筑施工主变压器状态自动控制研究

摘要 针对建筑施工中,主变压器长时间运行产生大量热且散热不及时,导致变压器温度升高难以准确控制的问题,提出基于单神经元PID的建筑施工主变压器状态自动控制方法。通过温度传感器实时监测变压器的温度,并在温度达到预设阈值时启动智能喷淋系统进行冷却,从而保持变压器在安全且理想的温度范围内运行。根据变压器的实时温度和环境条件,动态调整水流量,实现精确的温度控制。实验结果表明,在负荷多变工况中,所提方法主变压器的运行温度可在3 s之内控制在期望状态,实现了主变压器运行温度的更精确、高效控制。 Aiming at the problem that the temperature rise of the main transformer is difficult to be accurately controlled due to the large amount of heat generated by the long-term operation of the main transformer in construction,an automatic control method of the state of the main transformer in construction based on single neuron PID is proposed.The temperature of the transformer is monitored in real time by the temperature sensor,and when the temperature reaches the preset threshold,the intelligent spray system is started for cooling,so as to keep the transformer running in a safe and ideal temperature range.According to the real-time temperature and environmental conditions of the transformer,the water flow is dynamically adjusted to realize accurate temperature control.The experimental results show that the operating temperature of the main transformer can be controlled in the expected state within 3 s under the condition of variable load,and the operating temperature of the main transformer can be controlled more accurately and efficiently.
