摘要
在我国不断推进“双碳目标”的时代背景下,加快空调能耗高、节能效果差的超高层建筑向绿色低碳化转型的需求迫在眉睫。为了在实际施工前分析宁波某超高层建筑的空调负荷,依据室外气象参数、拟采购的暖通设备型号参数等,采用De ST负荷模拟软件对该建筑的冷热负荷进行模拟并分析了设备的使用情况。模拟结果表明,该超高层建筑的冷热负荷指标均偏高,大多数暖通设备的运行负荷率均偏低。
Under the framework of China’s pursuit of"dual carbon goals,"there is an urgent need to transform super tall buildings,characterized by high air conditioning energy consumption and poor energy-saving performance,into green and low-carbon structures.The air conditioning load of a super tall building in Ningbo is analyzed prior to construction.Using DeST load simulation software,heating and cooling loads are simulated based on outdoor meteorological parameters and specifications of the planned HVAC equipment.The simulation results show that the heating and cooling load indicators for the building are high,while the operational load rates of most HVAC equipment remain low.
