数智化全景画像赋能发展性学生评价:机制、挑战与路径

Empowering Developmental Student Evaluation through Digital and Intelligent Panoramic Profiling:Mechanisms,Challenges and Pathways

摘要 数智化全景画像旨在以全面细致的数据信息动态描述事物的发展轨迹。将全景画像引入教育评价改革,是发展性与数智化的双重耦合,有利于兼顾学生发展的共性与个性、显著性与潜隐性、阶段性与持续性、一致性与多元性。以数智技术为支撑,可通过动态数据信息的收集与整理,全视角、动态化描述学生发展过程,在此基础上优化数据分析、提供个性服务,从而实现教育评价的发展性与增值性。目前,全景画像式评价仍面临观念陈旧、指标不明确、主体单一化、资源不均衡以及隐私安全隐患等多重挑战。应通过构建生态化评价体系、确立科学评价标准、促进各主体协同合作、优化资源配置以及加强隐私保护,一体提升教育评价改革的科学性和人文性,促进教育评价体系的改进与升级。 The intelligent panoramic profile aims to dynamically describe the development trajectory of things with comprehensive and detailed data information.Introducing panoramic profiles into education evaluation reform represents the dual coupling of development and intelligence,which helps balance the commonality and individuality,significance and potential,stage and continuity,as well as consistency and diversity of the student's development.Supported by intelligent technologies,it allows for the collection and organization of dynamic data to provide a full-angle,dynamic description of the student's development process.Based on this,data analysis can be optimized,and personalized services can be provided,thus achieving the developmental and value-added nature of educational evaluation.Currently,panoramic-profile evaluation faces multiple challenges,such as obsolete concepts,unclear indicators,a single-subject pattern,uneven resource distribution,and potential privacy and security risks.To address these issues,it is essential to construct ecological evaluation system,establish evaluation standards,promote subject collaboration,optimize resource allocation,and strengthen privacy protection,thereby advancing the scientific and humanistic aspects of educational evaluation reform and promoting the improvement and upgrading of the educational evaluation system.
