不同茶树杂交F_(1)代主要生化成分遗传多样性分析

摘要 为深入解析不同茶树品种杂交F_(1)代生化成分的遗传多样性,筛选优异茶树种质资源,为特异茶树资源的发掘利用及茶树新品种的选育提供物质基础。以38个杂交F_(1)代茶树新品系为试验对象,基于相关性分析、聚类分析和主成分分析,研究其主要生化成分的遗传多样性。结果表明,不同茶树品种杂交F_(1)代生化成分呈现显著的差异性和丰富的遗传多样性;12个性状的平均遗传多样性指数为1.96,变异系数为5.21%~50.21%,平均变异系数为24.40%;各生化成分相关性分析结果表明,酚氨比和茶多酚、表儿茶素(EC)和表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)、茶多酚和水浸出物、没食子儿茶素(DL-C)和表儿茶素(EC)含量呈显著正相关,氨基酸和茶多酚、氨基酸和酚氨比、氨基酸和ECG呈极显著负相关。主成分分析结果表明,前3个主成分累积贡献率达72.492%。可将38个杂交F_(1)代划分为两个类群。其中第一类群包含20份资源,以较高氨基酸含量和酚氨比为主要特征,适制绿茶;第二类群包含18份资源,其显著特点为较高的水浸出物含量、儿茶素总量以及高茶多酚含量、高酚氨比,红绿茶兼制。筛选出24份高茶多酚资源、6份高咖啡碱资源和1份高氨基酸资源。 In order to deeply analyze the genetic diversity of biochemical components in the F1 generation hybrids of different tea varieties,and screen excellent tea germplasm resources,providing material basis for the exploration and utilization of specific tea resources and the breeding of new tea varieties.In this study,38 new tea strains of different hybrid F1 generations were used as research materials,the genetic diversity of multiple main biochemical components was analyzed based on correlation analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis.The research results showed that the F1 generations hybrids of different tea varieties exhibited significant differences and rich genetic diversity in biochemical components;The average genetic diversity index of 12 traits was 1.96,the coefficient of variation ranged from 5.21%to 50.21%,and the average coefficient of variation was 24.40%.The correlation analysis of various biochemical components showed that the phenol ammonia ratio and tea polyphenols,and epicatechin(EC)and epicatechin gallate(ECG),tea polyphenols and water extracts,epigallocatechin gallate(DL-C)and epicatechin(EC)exhibited significant positive correlations,while amino acids and tea polyphenols,amino acids and phenol ammonia ratio,amino acids and ECG exhibited extremely significant negative correlations.The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first three principal components reaches 72.492%.The 38 different hybrid F1s can be divided into two groups,the first group contains 20 resources,mainly characterized by higher amino acid content and phenol ammonia ratio,suitable for making green tea;The second group contains 18 resources,which are significantly characterized by higher water extract content,total catechins,high tea polyphenol content,and high phenol ammonia ratio,suitable for making both green tea and black tea.24 resources with high tea polyphenol content,6 resources with high caffeine content and 1 resource with high amino acid content were screened out.
