摘要
冠周脂肪组织是冠状动脉疾病最重要的危险因素之一,解剖学上紧紧包绕冠状动脉,不同于身体其他部位的脂肪组织,它具有独特的病理生理功能,其分泌的脂肪细胞因子在冠状动脉炎症反应和动脉粥样硬化斑块形成中起重要的作用。基于冠状动脉CT血管造影(CCTA)测量的冠周脂肪组织CT衰减是一种无创的评估冠心病的方法,本文将从冠周脂肪组织生物学、量化方法及检查技术的临床应用价值几个方面作一综述。
Pericoronary adipose tissue is one of the most important risk factors for coronary artery disease.Anatomically,it tightly surrounds the coronary artery.Different from adipose tissue in other parts of the body,pericoronary adipose tissue has unique pathophysiological functions,and the adipose cytokines secreted by it play an important role in coronary artery inflammation and atherosclerotic plaque formation.Coronary adipose tissue CT attenuation based on CCTA measurement is a non-invasive method for the assessment of coronary heart disease.This article reviews the biology of coronary adipose tissue,the quantitative means of PCAT,and clinical application value of inspection technology.
