摘要
以2008—2022年长三角各城市的面板数据为基础,构建了经济高质量发展和共同富裕测度指标体系,并采用熵值法对其进行测度,再通过耦合协调度、障碍度模型对其评价。结果显示:长三角地区经济高质量发展和共同富裕耦合协调水平逐年上升;长三角40个城市的耦合协调度整体上处于协调范围,并呈现出经济发达城市和沿海城市大于其他城市的特点;居民生活水平和共享性是影响二者耦合协调发展的主要障碍因素;对策建议包括加强区域协调发展策略、缩小区域差异、加强基础设施建设、实现共同富裕等。
Based on the panel data of cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2008 to 2022,an index system for measuring high-quality economic development and common prosperity has been constructed.The entropy method was used for measurement,followed by evaluation through a coupling coordination degree and obstacle degree model.The results show that the level of coupling coordination between high-quality economic development and common prosperity in the Yangtze River Delta has been increasing year by year.The overall coupling coordination degree of the 40 cities in the Yangtze River Delta is within a coordinated range,and it exhibits the characteristic that economically developed cities and coastal cities have a higher degree of coordination than other cities.Residents'living standards and sharing are the main obstacle factors affecting the coupling coordination development of the two.Policy recommendations include strengthening regional coordinated development strategies,narrowing regional disparities,enhancing infrastructure construction,and achieving common prosperity.
