摘要
目的探讨通过3D打印技术构建个性化导航模型实现神经内镜高精准定位清除高血压脑出血(HICH)颅内血肿的价值。方法选取2020年3月至2023年5月我院收治的96例HICH患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组(传统开颅手术,48例)和观察组(3D打印技术结合神经内镜手术,48例)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间短于对照组,术后血肿残余量少于对照组,总住院天数少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的术后不良事件总发生率、术后2周格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分及术后2个月Barthel指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论3D打印技术结合神经内镜手术治疗HICH较传统开颅手术效果更好,能明显降低脑内血肿残余量,缩短住院时间,值得在未来的临床实践中推广。
Objective To explore the value of constructing a personalized navigation model by 3D printing technology to achieve high-precision positioning of neuroendoscopy and remove intracranial hematoma of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods A total of 96 patients with HICH admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,the patients were divided into control group(traditional craniotomy,48 cases)and observation group(3D printing technology combined with neuroendoscopic surgery,48 cases).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the residual volume of postoperative hematoma was less than that of the control group,the total hospitalization days was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the total incidence of postoperative adverse events,Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score at 2 weeks after operation and Barthel Index score at 2 months after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion 3D printing technology combined with neuroendoscopic surgery is more effective than traditional craniotomy in the treatment of HICH,which can significantly reduce the residual volume of intracerebral hematoma and shorten the hospitalization time.It is worthy of promotion in future clinical practice.
