摘要
目的探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的临床病理学特征及鉴别诊断,以期提高对该疾病的认识、诊断和鉴别诊断。方法本文回顾厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院2014年9-12月收治的2例胰腺实性假乳头状瘤进行临床病理形态分析,总结其组织病理学特点、免疫组织化学染色表达情况等,并复习相关文献,总结诊断、治疗及预后的最新进展。结果该病例经组织病理学观察及免疫组织化学染色标记结果确诊,胰腺实性假乳头状瘤具有典型病理形态学特征,常常形成实性及假乳头状结构,细胞形态温和。免疫组织化学染色结果显示,波形蛋白、共同的急性淋巴母细胞白血病抗原、β-连环蛋白阳性。结论结合临床情况和组织病理学形态特征及免疫组化染色结果,可明确胰腺实性假乳头状瘤诊断。
Objective To explore the clinical and pathological characteristics,differential diagnosis,and literature review of solid pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas,in order to improve understanding and diagnosis of this type of disease.Methods This article reviews two cases of solid pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas admitted to Xinglin Branch of Xiamen University Affiliated First Hospital in September and December 2014 for clinical and pathological analysis.The histopathological characteristics,immunohistochemistry,and relevant litera-ture are summarized,and the latest advances in diagnosis and treatment are summarized.Results The case was confirmed by histopathological and immunohistochemical labeling results,and typical solid pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas have characteristic pathological morphology,often forming solid and pseudopapillary structures.The immunohistochemical results showed that Vimentin,CD10,andβ-catenin were positive.Conclusion Solid pseudopapillary pancreatic tumor can be diagonosis by combining clinical and histopathological features with immunohistochemical results.
