铜鼓河流域生态-供水-灌溉多目标调度研究

摘要 水库调度是提高水资源综合利用效率的重要手段之一。为探明铜鼓河流域生态-供水-灌溉多目标之间的复杂关系,本文以流域上的台电大坑水库为研究对象,建立水库长系列生态-供水-灌溉多目标调度模型,对生态水量、供水量和灌溉水量进行定量分析。研究结果表明,为统筹考虑多目标需求,在特枯水年需按50%对生态、灌溉目标进行供给;采用P=90%最小月流量法计算得到的年生态供水量最小,最小月平均流量法稍大,多年平均径流量百分比法和Tennant法最大。台电大坑水库当前最大的供水对象为生产生活用水户,占水库正常库容的7.49%,其次是河道内生态需水和周边农田灌溉需水,分别占1.31%和1.06%。研究结果能够为台电大坑水库的调度运行提供参考,对铜鼓河的生态环境改善具有指导意义。 Reservoir operation is one of the important means to improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of water resources.In order to explore the complex relationship between ecology,water supply and irrigation in Tonggu River basin,this paper took Taidian Dakeng Reservoir as the research object,and established a long series of ecological,water supply and irrigation multi-ob⁃jective scheduling model,and carried out quantitative analysis of ecological water quantity,water supply and irrigation water quanti⁃ty.The results show that in order to consider the multi-objective demand,50%of the ecological and irrigation targets should be supplied in extremely dry years.The annual ecological water supply calculated by P=90%minimum monthly discharge method is the smallest,that by the minimum monthly average discharge method is slightly larger,and that by the annual average runoff per⁃centage method and Tennant method is the largest.At present,the largest water supply object of Taidian Dakeng Reservoir is the production and domestic water users,accounting for 7.49%of the normal storage capacity of the reservoir,followed by the ecologi⁃cal water demand in the river and the irrigation water of the surrounding farmland,accounting for 1.31%and 1.06%,respectively.The research results can provide reference for the operation of Taidian Dakeng Reservoir,and have guiding significance for the improvement of ecological environment of Tonggu River.
