阴囊Paget病1例

Penoscrotal Paget's disease:a case report

摘要 乳腺外Paget病(extramammary Paget's disease,EMPD)是一种罕见的皮肤恶性疾病,其患病率约为0.4/1000000,占所有皮肤Paget病的6.5%,好发于中老年人;在所有类型EMPD中,以发生于阴囊的EMPD最少见(阴囊14.0%、肛周20.0%、外阴65.0%)[1-2]。重庆医科大学附属第二医院2024年4月收治1例阴囊Paget病患者,本文期望通过回顾该患者的诊疗过程,为临床此类患者的诊治及减少术后复发提供参考。
