摘要
目的 分析优化岗位设置在医院人力资源管理中应用的效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月在安庆市第六人民医院工作的241名医护人员为研究对象,根据管理模式不同分组。2022年1—12月实施常规管理模式,设为常规组,2023年1—12月实施优化岗位设置管理模式,设为研究组。比较医护人员的工作质量评分、岗位胜任力评分以及医护人员对管理模式的满意度评分。结果 研究组工作质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组职业素养(93.56±1.25)分、决策能力(93.64±1.32)分、执行能力(93.58±1.33)分、责任心(93.25±1.37)分、抗压能力(93.64±1.39)分均高于常规组的(90.23±1.13)分、(91.02±1.24)分、(90.26±1.24)分、(90.11±1.16)分、(90.21±1.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=30.679、22.458、28.344、27.154、28.484,P均<0.05)。研究组医护人员对管理模式的满意度评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在医院人力资源管理中,优化岗位设置的落实能够满足医护人员对管理模式的需求,提高工作质量和岗位胜任力,具有较高的借鉴价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of optimizing post setting in hospital human resource management.Meth⁃ods A total of 241 medical staff working in Anqing Sixth People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects and grouped according to different management model.The routine management mode was implemented from January to December 2022 and set as the conventional group,and the optimized post setting management mode was implemented from January to December 2023 and set as the study group.The work quality score,post competency score and satisfaction score of medical staff on management mode were compared.Results The work quality score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(all P<0.05).The scores of professionalism,decision-making ability,execution ability,responsibility and compressive ability were 93.56±1.25,93.64±1.32,93.58±1.33,93.25±1.37,93.64±1.39 in the study group,higher than those 90.23±1.13,91.02±1.24,90.26±1.24,90.11±1.16,90.21±1.25 in the conventional group.The difference were statistically significant(t=30.679,22.458,28.344,27.154,28.484,all P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of medi⁃cal staff in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically sig⁃nificant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the hospital human resource management,the implementation of optimizing the post setting can meet the needs of medical staff for the management mode,improve the quality of work and post com⁃petency,and has a high reference value.
