摘要
自烟草工业快速发展以来,细支滤棒作为卷烟的不可或缺部分,其物理性能对卷烟整体品质至关重要。随着消费者对卷烟吸食体验的不断提高,优化细支滤棒性能已成为烟草工业亟待解决的问题。固化时间作为影响细支滤棒物理性能的主要因素,直接影响滤棒硬度、压降、重量、圆周等物理指标。本文通过一系列试验设计与数据分析,简单说明固化时间与滤棒硬度、压降、重量、圆周等物理指标之间的内在关系。研究发现,有效调整固化时间可以优化滤棒物理性能,满足不同卷烟产品需求,提升卷烟品质。
Since the rapid development of the tobacco industry,fine filter rods have become an indispensable part of cigarettes,and their physical properties are crucial to the overall quality of cigarettes.With the continuous improvement of consumers'requirements for cigarette smoking experience,optimizing the performance of fine filter rods has become an urgent problem to be solved in the tobacco industry.The curing time,as the main factor affecting the physical properties of fine filter rods,directly affects physical indicators such as rod hardness,pressure drop,weight,and circumference.Therefore,through a series of experimental designs and data analysis,the intrinsic relationship between curing time and physical indicators such as filter rod hardness,pressure drop,weight,and circumference is briefly explained.Research has found that effectively adjusting the curing time can optimize the physical properties of filter rods,meet the needs of different cigarette products,and improve cigarette quality.
