摘要
[目的]筛选啶酰菌胺和咯菌腈复配防治叶用莴苣菌核病的最佳配比,并验证40%啶酰·咯菌腈悬浮剂防治叶用莴苣菌核病的安全性和有效性。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定了室内生物活性。采用盆栽法开展了室内作物安全性评价试验,并开展了田间药效小区试验。[结果]啶酰菌胺和咯菌腈配比为3∶1时,复配混剂EC_(50)值为0.055 mg/L,联合作用系数为131.02,增效作用最大。40%啶酰·咯菌腈悬浮剂对叶用莴苣的生长安全,2次药后7、14 d的防效分别为71.0%~81.2%和65.6%~86.9%,表现出良好的速效性和持效性。[结论]建议在叶用莴苣上使用40%啶酰·咯菌腈悬浮剂防治菌核病,推荐制剂用量为30~50 mL/667m^(2),于菌核病发病前或发病初期施药,共施药2次,施药间隔5~7 d。
[Aims] This study aims to screen out the optimal combination ratio of boscalid and fludioxonil and evaluate the safety and efficacy of boscalid · fludioxonil 40% SC in controlling Sclerotinia sclerotiorum on lettuce.[Methods] The laboratory bioactivity was determined by mycelium growth inhibition method. The crop safety evaluation was conducted by pot tests. The field control efficacy trials were also carried out in this study.[Results] The EC_(50) value of the combination was 0.055 mg/L and the co-toxicity coefficient was 131.02 when the ratio of boscalid and fludioxonil was 3∶1. Meanwhile the synergistic effect was the largest at this ratio. Boscalid ·fludioxonil 40% SC was safe for the growth of lettuce. The control efficacy ranged from 71.0% to 81.2% and 65.6%to 86.9% respectively on days 7 and 14 after the second treatment, which showed a good rapid and persistent effect.[Conclusions] It is suggested to apply boscalid · fludioxonil 40% SC in controlling Sclerotinia sclerotiorum on lettuce. The fungicide should be used firstly before the infection or at the initial stage of the disease, and then applied for the second time with an interval of 5-7 d, with the dose of 30-50 mL/667m^(2).
