高校思政课实践教学政策内容与特征研究——基于2005年以来政策文本的质性分析

摘要 政策是教育实践活动的指引与反映,新时代高校思政课建设创新需要从教育政策中汲取动力。随着“大思政课”理念的提出,实践教学的育人价值与地位日益得到提升,已成为高校思政课的必要组成部分。采用政策文本分析法与“工具—主题”分析框架,运用N-Vivo质性分析软件对2005年以来党和国家政策文件中有关实践教学的内容进行梳理,对政策文本的外部特征与内容主题开展综合分析,总结政策趋势特征,厘清未来路向,为新时代高校思政课实践教学的高质量发展提供借鉴。 Policies act as the guidance and reflection of educational practice activities.In the new era,the innovation in the construction of ideological and political theory courses in colleges requires analysis of educational policies.With the introduction of the concept of“the Great Ideological and Political Curriculum”,the educational value and status of practical teaching have been increasingly acknowledged and have become an indispensable part of the ideological and political courses in colleges.By employing the policy text analysis method and the analysis framework of“Tool-Theme”,and utilizing the N-Vivo to organize the contents related to practical teaching in the policy documents since 2005,a comprehensive analysis of the external features and content themes of the policy texts is conducted.This is to summarize the trend characteristics of the policies and clarify the future directions,thereby providing references for the practical teaching in ideological and political theory courses in colleges in the new era.
