摘要
黑水虻(Hermetia illucens)学名亮斑扁角水虻,是双翅目水虻科扁角水虻属研究最多的一种资源性昆虫.黑水虻广泛应用于昆虫蛋白的生产及有机废弃物的资源化利用,应用前景广阔.黑水虻规模化饲养过程中存在成虫交配率低、产卵不稳定、虫卵收集效率低等问题,虫卵供应不足限制了黑水虻的产业化应用,提高黑水虻的产卵效率是目前的研究热点之一.黑水虻产卵具有聚集性特点,产卵量受外界环境条件、自身的营养贮存等方面影响,目前研究较多的有控制外界环境条件、给成虫提供营养、添加化学引诱剂和投加微生物引诱剂等.系统综述了黑水虻的产卵机制及其影响因素,对卵携带微生物影响黑水虻产卵的研究进展进行了总结,为黑水虻产卵机制的进一步深入研究以提高黑水虻产卵效率提供参考和依据.
The black soldier fly,Hermetia illucens L.,is one of the most studied resource insects in the genus Hermetia(Diptera:Stratiomyidae).The black soldier fly has broad application prospect,which has been widely used in the production of insect protein and the resource utilization of organic waste.There are still some problems such as low mating rate,unstable oviposition and low efficiency of egg collection in the process of large-scale breeding.The shortage of egg supply has limited the industrial application of black solider fly.Improving the oviposition efficiency of black soldier fly has become one of the research hotspots in this field.The oviposition of black soldier fly has the characteristic of aggregation.The quantity of oviposition is influenced by external environment and nutrition storage.At present,researches are mainly focus on controlling external environment,providing nutrition for adults,adding chemical attractant and microbial attractant.This paper reviewed the oviposition mechanism of black soldier fly and the influencing factors.The research progress of the function and influence of the microorganisms associated with eggs of black soldier fly were also summarized.This paper provides references for further study on oviposition mechanism to improve oviposition efficiency of the black solider fly.
