摘要
目的 探讨芩苓子阴道灌注液联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2024年5月在泗洪中信医院就诊的320例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各160例。对照组采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上加以芩苓子阴道灌注液治疗,对比两组阴道清洁度、阴道pH值、症状改善情况、不良反应。结果 与治疗前比较,治疗后两组阴道清洁度均有改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组阴道pH值较对照组更低(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组临床症状改善时间更短(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 芩苓子阴道灌注液联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病,可改善患者的阴道清洁度,调节阴道pH值,缩短临床症状改善时间。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qinlingzi Vaginal Perfusate combined with Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods A total of 320 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis who were treated in Sihong Zhongxin Hospital from January 2021 to May 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 160 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules,and the observation group was treated with Qinlingzi Vaginal Perfusate on the basis of Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules.The vaginal cleanliness,vaginal pH value,symptom improvement and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the vaginal cleanliness of the two groups after treatment was improved,and that of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal pH value of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qinlingzi Vaginal Perfusate combined with Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis can improve vaginal cleanliness,regulate vaginal pH value,and shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms.
