护士长强化管理对儿科护理管理质量及职业倦怠的影响

The Effect of Intensive Management of Head Nurses on the Quality of Pediatric Nursing Management and Job Burnout

摘要 目的护士长强化管理对儿科护理管理质量及职业倦怠的影响。方法选取2023年1—12月潍坊市人民医院小儿外科的28名护士为研究对象,2023年1—6月实施常规管理模式为对照组,2023年7—12月实施护士长强化管理模式为观察组。对比两组护士的儿科护理管理质量、工作积极性、职业倦怠评分及管理满意度。结果观察组专科操作能力、服务态度、病房管理、危急事件应对评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组工作积极性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组情感枯竭、去人性化倾向评分低于对照组,个人成就感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组管理满意度为96.43%(27/28),高于对照组的71.43%(20/28),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.487,P<0.05)。结论护士长强化管理可提升儿科护理管理质量,调动儿科护士工作积极性,改善儿科护士职业倦怠,且能提升满意度。 Objective The effect of intensive management of head nurses on the quality of pediatric nursing management and job burnout.Methods A total of twenty-eight nurses from Pediatric Surgery Department of Weifang People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The routine management mode was implemented from January to June 2023 as the control group,and the intensive management mode of head nurse was implemented from July to December 2023 as the observation group.The quality of pediatric nursing management,work enthusiasm,job burnout score and management satisfaction of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The scores of specialist operation ability,service attitude,ward management and emergency response in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The work enthusiasm scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of emotional exhaustion and dehumanization tendency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of personal accomplishment were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was 96.43%(27/28),which was higher than 71.43%(20/28)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.487,P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the management of head nurses can improve the quality of pediatric nursing management,mobilize the enthusiasm of pediatric nurses,improve the job burnout of pediatric nurses,and improve satisfaction.
