矿井地面瓦斯抽采泵站的选型设计与布置分析

摘要 以山西焦煤集团某矿为例,结合该矿开采煤层的瓦斯涌出情况和综合抽采方式,分析建立瓦斯抽采系统的必要性和可行性,设计出高、低负压2套独立瓦斯抽采系统,同时也为后期开采减轻通风负担,减少瓦斯事故隐患。其次,通过计算瓦斯抽采管径、管网阻力、抽采泵压力及抽采泵流量,合理确定2BEC87水环式真空泵,一用一备。解析地面瓦斯泵站选址要求及注意事项,利用符合要求的已有厂房进行改造,以节约成本。最后,对瓦斯泵站管路附属安全设施进行配置和安装,确保泵站安全运行。经过现场实际测试和使用,该瓦斯抽采系统运行效果良好,为瓦斯抽采工作提供了可靠保障。 Taking a certain mine of Shanxi Jiaomei Group as an example,Firstly,based on the gas emission situation of the mining coal seam in the mine and the comprehensive extraction method,this paper analyze the necessity and feasibility of establishing a gas extraction system,and designs two high and low negative independent gas extraction systems,which also reduces the ventilation burden for later mining,and mitigates the hidden dangers of gas accidents.Secondly,by calculating the diameter of gas extraction pipeline,the resistance of pipeline network,the pressure of extraction pump,and the flow rate of the extraction pump,reasonably determines the 2BEC87 water cycle vacuum pump with 1 for use and 1 for backup.Analyzes site selection requirements and precautions for the surface gas pumping stations,utilizes existing factory buildings that meet the requirements for renovation to save costs.Finally,configures and installs auxiliary safety facilities for gas pump station pipelines,ensuring the safe operation of pumping stations.After on-site testing and application,the gas extraction system operates well,providing reliable guarantees for gas extraction.
