摘要
随着电力行业二次机箱装置产品的装配精度越来越高,对机箱装置生产装配过程的检测要求也越来越高。加强机箱装置装配过程的质量管控,优化人工检测成本,该文设计一种机箱装置检测系统,该系统包含辅助计算机设备、图像采集单元、光学镜头、CCD摄像机和LED灯等模块。系统各功能模块和生产数据平台之间具有通信连接,通过AOI(自动光学检测系统)检测算法,进行生产数据的实时传输和分析,实现机箱装置产品的装配检测过程的自动化。检测内容包括字符丝印内容、装置二维码类型位置、按键安装位置和导轨数量等特征。该检测系统的应用使得装配过程无须安排人工重复检测,实现机箱装置产品的自动化、批量化检测,提高产品的检测效率和准确性,大大降低人工检测的工时成本,起到降本增效的目的。
As the assembly accuracy of secondary chassis device products in the power industry becomes higher and higher,the testing requirements for the production and assembly process of chassis devices are becoming higher and higher.In order to strengthen the quality control of the chassis device assembly process and optimize the cost of manual inspection,the author designed a chassis device inspection system,which includes auxiliary computer equipment,image acquisition unit,optical lens,CCD camera,LED light and other modules.There is a communication connection between each functional module of the system and the production data platform.Through the AOI(Automatic Optical Inspection System)inspection algorithm,real-time transmission and analysis of production data are carried out to realize the automation of the assembly and inspection process of chassis device products.The testing content includes character screen printing content,device QR code type location,button installation location,number of guide rails and other characteristics.The application of the testing system eliminates the need to arrange manual repeated testing during the assembly process,realizes automated and batch testing of chassis device products,improves product testing efficiency and accuracy,greatly reduces the man-hour cost of manual testing,and reduces costs while increasing efficiency.
