摘要
[目的]本研究旨在评价和分析国家大豆良种攻关项目实施9年(2015—2023年)以来收集的1 406份大豆品种(系)对大豆疫霉的抗病性。[方法]利用8个具有不同毒力的代表性大豆疫霉菌株,采用大豆黄化苗下胚轴创伤接种法进行室内接种,根据制定的评价标准判定供试大豆品种(系)对单菌株的抗感类型和对多菌株的综合抗性等级。[结果]供试大豆品种(系)对不同菌株表现抗病或中抗的比例为18.8%~96.7%,其中抗强毒力菌株PsJS2的品种(系)数量最少,仅167份。所有品种(系)的综合抗性等级平均值从2015年的1.9(中感以下)逐步上升到2023年的3.2(中抗以上),综合抗性为3~5级(中抗及以上)的品种(系)占比从32.6%上升至66.8%。综合抗性为4~5级(抗病至高抗)的357份品种(系)中,中作、冀豆、圣豆、中黄、安豆、邯豆、郑7个系列各有15份以上,综合抗性为5级(高抗)的105份品种(系)中,冀豆、中黄、周豆、中作、圣豆、安豆、邯豆、郑、徐豆、商豆、沧豆11个系列各有5份以上。[结论]2015—2023年每年供试大豆品种(系)对大豆疫霉的抗性水平呈现逐步升高的趋势,评价结果为大豆抗疫霉根腐病的品种选育与布局利用提供了参考。
[Objectives]The aim of this study was to evaluate and analyze the resistance to Phytophthora sojae for 1406 soybean varieties(lines)collected since the implementation of the National Soybean Variety Research Project for nine years(2015-2023).[Methods]Using eight representative P.sojae isolates which showed different virulence,the etiolated hypocotyl-slit inoculation method was used for indoor inoculation.The resistance type to a single isolate and the comprehensive resistance level to multiple isolates were determined based on the established evaluation criteria.[Results]The proportion of tested soybean varieties(lines)exhibiting resistance or moderate resistance to different isolates was between 18.8%and 96.7%,with the least number(167)of varieties(lines)to the highly virulent isolate PsJS2.The average comprehensive resistance level of all varieties(lines)gradually increased from 1.9(below moderate resistance)in 2015 to 3.2(above moderate resistance)in 2023,and the proportion of varieties(lines)with comprehensive resistance levels 3-5(above moderate resistance)increased from 32.6%to 66.8%.Among the 357 varieties(lines)with a comprehensive resistance level of 4-5(from resistance to high resistance),there were more than 15 varieties(lines)each in 7 series including Zhongzuo,Jidou,Shengdou,Zhonghuang,Andou,Handou and Zheng.Among the 105 varieties(lines)with a comprehensive resistance level of 5(high resistance),there were more than 5 varieties(lines)each in 11 series including Jidou,Zhonghuang,Zhoudou,Zhongzuo,Shengdou,Andou,Handou,Zheng,Xudou,Shangdou and Cangdou.[Conclusions]During 2015 and 2023,the resistance level of tested soybean varieties(lines)to P.sojae had shown a gradually increasing trend.The results had provided a reference for the breeding and application of soybean varieties resistant to Phytophthora root rot.
