核桃壳生物炭的制备及性能研究

摘要 采用热解法将废核桃壳制成生物炭并进行酸化处理,制备了一种经济实惠的降解亚甲基蓝(MBT)的生物炭材料(WSC),并采用IR、XRD、SEM对WSC的组成、表面性质等进行表征。结果表明,多孔生物炭的结构和含氧官能团有利于其在反应过程中与MBT接触。当温度为25℃,pH为9,反应时间为90 min,WSC的投加量为0.02 g,MBT浓度为10 mg/L时,吸附效果最好,吸附率可达96.4%。此外,催化降解过程与二级动力学模型及Langmuir吸附等温拟合度高,相关系数分别为0.96991及0.99674,说明吸附偏向于化学吸附,是单分子层吸附。 In this paper,waste walnut shells were made into biochar by pyrolysis and acidification,and an economical methylene blue(MBT)degradable biochar material(WSC)was prepared.The composition and surface properties of WSC were characterized by IR,XRD and SEM.The results show that the structure and oxygen-containing functional groups of porous biochar are conducive to contact with MBT during the reaction.When the temperature is 25℃,pH is 9,reaction time is 90 min,WSC dosage is 0.02 g,MBT concentration is 10 mg/L,the absorption effect is the best,and the absorption rate can reach 96.4%.In addition,the catalytic degradation process is fitted with the sencond-order kinetic model and Langmuir adsorption isotherm,and the correlation coefficients are 0.96991 and 0.99674,respectively,indicating that the absorption is biased towards chemisorption,which is monolayer absorption.
