基于粒子群优化算法的EMI滤波器优化设计

摘要 为简化EMI滤波器在设计优化时需要进行的一系列冗杂繁复的调试测试工作,提出一种构建实际元器件数据库并基于粒子群优化(PSO)算法的滤波器设计方法。通过该算法在多目标约束下优化元器件组合,平衡滤波器的插入损耗、成本、体积和重量等设计需求。实验结果表明,该方法在EMI滤波器的设计中能够有效抑制特定频段的电磁噪声,显著改善滤波器的电磁抑制性能。与传统设计方法相比,基于粒子群优化算法的优化方案在设计周期和成本方面优势明显,具有良好的工程应用潜力。 To simplify the tedious and complex debugging and testing process required during the design and optimization of electromagnetic interference(EMI)filters,this paper proposes a filter design method that builds a database of actual components and employs a particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm.By optimizing component combinations under multi-objective constraints,the algorithm balances design requirements such as insertion loss,cost,size,and weight of the filter.Experimental results demonstrate that this method effectively suppresses electromagnetic noise within specific frequency bands,significantly improving the electromagnetic suppression performance of the filter.Compared with traditional design methods,the optimization approach based on the PSO algorithm offers significant advantages in terms of design cycle and cost,highlighting its strong potential for engineering applications.
