摘要
目的:探究回授法结合多媒体宣教在轻度慢性牙周炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2024年7月于乌鲁木齐市口腔医院牙周黏膜科就诊的90例轻度慢性牙周炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(多媒体宣教)和试验组(回授法结合多媒体宣教),各45例。比较两组宣教效果。结果:干预1周、1个月、3个月后,两组牙菌斑指数、牙垢指数降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组宣教满意度高于对照组(P=0.024);干预后,两组刷牙次数、刷牙时间增加,甜品食用频率降低,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:回授法结合多媒体宣教在轻度慢性牙周炎患者中的应用效果显著,有助于提高患者的菌斑控制能力,改善牙菌斑指数、牙垢指数、口腔清洁习惯,患者满意度较高。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the teach-back method combined with multimedia education in patients with mild chronic periodontitis.Methods:From August 2022 to July 2024,90 patients with mild chronic periodontitis treated in the Department of Periodontal Mucosa at Urumqi Stomatological Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(multimedia education)and an experimental group(teach-back method combined with multimedia education),with 45 patients in each group.The educational effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 week,1 month,and 3 months of intervention,the plaque index and calculus index of both groups decreased,with the experimental group showing lower values than the control group(P<0.05).The educational satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.024).After the intervention,the frequency and duration of tooth brushing increased,and the frequency of sweet food consumption decreased,with the experimental group outperforming the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the teach-back method combined with multimedia education in patients with mild chronic periodontitis demonstrates significant effects,improving plaque control ability,dental plaque index,calculus index,oral hygiene habits,and achieving high patient satisfaction.
