压力舱高压密封装置有限元分析

摘要 在压力舱设计中,除了要考虑耐压结构本身的承载强度外,密封组件能否满足承载要求也是压力舱能否正常工作的重要因素,而密封过程中密封组件的力学性能的变化机理难以通过实验进行研究,需要借助理论分析或是有限元方法进行更加详细地评估。本文基于有限元方法对所设计的一种压力舱高压密封装置进行了强度及密封功能校核,研究结果表明,所设计的密封装置可以满足压力舱在130MPa高压介质压力下的密封需要。这一研究有利于满足压力舱在高压环境下的正常工作需求,为现场应用提供了技术支撑。 In the design of the pressure chamber,in addition to considering the load-bearing strength of the pressure-resistant structure itself,whether the sealing components can meet the load-bearing requirements is also an important factor in the normal operation of the pressure chamber,while the mechanical properties of the sealing components in the sealing process is difficult to experimentally study the mechanism of change,and it is necessary to use the theoretical analysis or finite element method for a more detailed assessment.Based on the finite element method,the strength and sealing function of an ultrahigh-pressure sealing device designed for a pressure chamber is calibrated,and the results show that the designed sealing device can meet the sealing needs of the pressure chamber under the ultrahigh-pressure medium pressure of 130MPa.This study is conducive to meeting the normal working requirements of pressure chamber under ultra-high pressure environment.
