富水断层巷道围岩变形破坏机理及支护技术研究

摘要 针对马脊梁矿富水断层巷道围岩渗漏水、变形严重,以及原支护方案难以维持巷道稳定等问题,通过现场勘测分析了巷道围岩变形破坏原因,采用帷幕注浆技术对围岩进行加固,在原支护技术上进行优化,并将其应用于现场。现场对2个断面进行了检测,围岩变形监测结果显示,对原支护进行优化后,巷道顶底板最大移近量分别为95.5、112.0mm,两帮最大收敛量分别为90.0、97.5mm。之后2个断面变形量均保持稳定,表明该支护技术可以保障富水断层巷道围岩的稳定性。 In response to the problems of water leakage and severe deformation in the surrounding rock of the water-rich fault roadway in Majiliang Coal Mine,as well as the difficulty in maintaining the stability of the roadway with the original support scheme,the reasons for the deformation and damage of the roadway surrounding rock were analyzed through on-site investigation.Curtain grouting technology was used to reinforce the surrounding rock,and the original support technology was optimized and applied on site.Two sections were tested on site,and the monitoring results of surrounding rock deformation showed that after optimizing the original support,the maximum displacement of the roadway roof and floor were 95.5 and 112.0 mm,respectively,and the maximum convergence of the two sides were 90.0 and 97.5 mm,respectively.After,the deformation of both sections remained to stabilize,indicating that this support technology can ensure the stability of the surrounding rock of the rich water fault roadway.
