堆石混凝土徐变影响因素数值分析

摘要 徐变是堆石混凝土的基本性能之一,由于试验研究难度较大且耗时较长,目前对堆石混凝土徐变性能的研究较少。为此,基于材料—结构耦合分析方法,建立堆石混凝土徐变试验有限元模型,研究了不同影响因素下的徐变发展规律。结果表明,与自密实混凝土不同,加载龄期对堆石混凝土徐变的影响较小,以加载龄期28 d徐变系数为基准,3、7、14、90、180、365 d的徐变系数与其徐变系数比值分别为1.06、1.03、1.01、0.98、0.97、0.94;自密实混凝土强度对堆石混凝土徐变影响也不大,以RFC-C15的徐变系数为基准,RFC-C20、RFC-C25、RFC-C30徐变系数分别降低了3.2%、7.3%、10.1%;堆石率是堆石混凝土徐变的重要影响因素,徐变随堆石率增加而减小,建立了不同堆石率的堆石混凝土与自密实混凝土徐变应变的关系。研究结果可为进一步明确堆石混凝土的徐变规律提供方法和依据。 Creep is one of the basic properties of rockfill concrete.Due to the difficulty and time consuming of test research,there are few researches on the creep properties of rockfill concrete at present.In this paper,the finite element model of rockfill concrete creep test is established based on the coupling analysis method of material and structure,and the creep development law under different influencing factors is studied.The results show that different from self-compacting concrete,loading age has little impact on the creep of rockfill concrete.Based on the creep coefficient of loading age of 28 d,the ratio of creep coefficient for 3 d,7 d,14 d,90 d,180 d and 365 d to creep coefficient is 1.06,1.03,1.01,0.98,0.97 and 0.94,respectively.The strength of self-compacting concrete has little impact on the creep of rockfill concrete.Based on the creep coefficient of RFC-C15,the creep coefficients of RFC-C20,RFC-C25 and RFC-C30 are reduced by 3.2%,7.3%and 10.1%.Rockfill rate is an important factor affecting the creep of rockfill concrete.The creep rate decreases with the increase of rockfill rate.The relationship between rockfill concrete and self-compacting concrete creep strain is established.The research can provide a method and basis for further clarifying the creep law of rockfill concrete.
