摘要
杂交技术是治疗复杂主动脉弓部疾病的一种常用方法,结合了开放手术和介入治疗的优势,可显著改善患者的临床结局。然而,由于主动脉弓部的解剖结构复杂且存在个体变异,内漏仍是杂交手术术后一个不容忽视的挑战。持续存在的内漏可导致假腔或瘤腔内压力持续升高,增加远期再干预风险。因此,如何有效预防和治疗杂交手术术后的内漏问题,是保障远期良好临床结局的重要环节。
The hybrid technique is commonly used for treating complex aortic arch diseases.By combining the advantages of open surgery and endovascular therapy,it could significantly improve clinical outcomes.However,due to the complex anatomy and individual variations of the aortic arch,endoleak remains a critical challenge following hybrid procedures.The persistent endoleak can lead to continuously elevated intracavitary pressure,thereby increasing the risk of re-intervention in the long term.Therefore,effective prevention and management of endoleak after hybrid treatment of aortic arch diseases is crucial to ensure long-term favorable clinical outcomes.
