摘要
慢性心力衰竭(CHF)是各种心血管疾病终末阶段的临床表现,具有高发病率和高死亡率的特点,给社会带来沉重负担。中医治疗具有多靶点、多途径、多方式的优势,在减轻患者症状、提高生活质量等方面有重要作用。随着医学的发展,CHF的治疗从传统“金三角”转变为以肾素-血管紧张素系统抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂、醛固酮受体拮抗剂及钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2抑制剂为代表的“新四联”药物治疗。未来研究需进一步探索中医药在CHF治疗中的潜在机制,特别是在调节神经内分泌系统激活、抑制心室重构及改善心肌细胞凋亡中的作用,为临床治疗提供更多思路。
Chronic heart failure(CHF)is a clinical manifestation of the terminal stages of various cardiovascular diseases,characterized by high morbidity and mortality,which puts a heavy burden on the society.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)treatment has the advantages of multi-target,multi-way and multi-mode,and plays an important role in reducing the patients'symptoms and improving the quality of life.With the development of medicine,the treatment of CHF has changed from the traditional"golden triangle"to the current"new quadruplet"drug treatment represented by renin-angiotensin system inhibitors,β receptor blockers,aldosterone receptor antagonists and sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitors.Future studies need to further explore the potential mechanism of TCM in CHF treatment,especially its role in regulating neuroendocrine system activation,inhibiting ventricular remodeling and improving cardiomyocyte apoptosis,so as to provide more ideas for the clinical treatment.
