摘要
大党独有难题的形成和提出立足于中国共产党发展中的客观实际,是理论与实践、历史与现实相结合的产物。中国共产党的无产阶级属性决定了大党独有难题必然包含于无产阶级政党所面对的一般性难题之中,把握无产阶级政党所面对的一般性难题是认识和理解大党独有难题的内在要求。党自成立以来就在不断破解独有难题的过程中诞生、成长和壮大,历经初步显化、逐步明确和日益凸显阶段后,最终走向新时代之变。破解大党独有难题是一项复杂的系统工程,必须以“六个如何始终”为根本遵循,在此基础上明确解决大党独有难题的根本方向并建立破解难题的长效机制,逐步提升破解大党独有难题的科学化水平,在理论与实践相结合、历史与现实相统一、动态与立体相协调的实践中不断探索大党独有难题的破解之策。
The emergence of unique problems faced by a major political party characterizes the birth and growth of the Communist Party of China which finds solutions to these problems by combining theory with practice and history with reality.The proletarian attribute of the Communist Party of China determines that the unique problems of the big party must be included in the general problems faced by a proletarian party.Grasping the general problems faced by the proletarian party is the internal requirement of understanding the unique problems.Since its founding,the Party has been capable of solving unique problems.Cracking unique problems is a complex engineering system that must follow the"six always how"on the basis of the fundamental direction to solving big party unique problems and establishing a long-term mechanism of problem-solving.
