摘要
近年来,国家和地方政府高度重视幼儿公共体育服务的发展,出台了一系列政策措施以推动其普及与优化。随着社会对幼儿健康教育认知的不断深化,幼儿公共体育服务的重要性愈发显著。该文以肇庆市为例,基于系统思维理论和公共体育服务共建共享理论,探讨肇庆市幼儿公共体育服务资源协同发展的有效策略:构建系统框架,打破城乡壁垒;强化资源整合,实现优化配置;优化服务流程,构建服务机制;促进多方协同,提升服务质量。旨在确保幼儿能够享受到更加均衡、优质的公共体育服务,从而促进其身心健康的全面发展。
In recent years,the national and local governments have attached great importance to the development of public sports services for preschool children,and have introduced a series of policy measures to promote their popularization and optimization.With the continuous deepening of society's understanding of preschool children health education,the importance of public sports services for preschool children has become increasingly significant.This article takes Zhaoqing City as an example,based on the theory of systematic thinking and the theory of co-construction and sharing of public sports services,explores effective strategies for promoting the coordinated development of public sports service resources for preschool children in Zhaoqing City:building a system framework,breaking down urban-rural barriers;Strengthening resource integration,achieving optimized configuration;optimizing allocation,optimizing resource allocation and service processes,building service mechanisms;Promoting multi-party collaboration,and improving service quality.The aim is to ensure that preschool children can enjoy more balanced and high-quality public sports services,thereby promoting their comprehensive physical and mental health development.
