摘要
该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,对振兴“三大球”视域下中小学足球教练员的执教能力进行分析。研究指出,在振兴“三大球”的背景下,提升中小学足球教练员的执教能力具备以下价值:一是夯实学生足球基础,助力校园足球启航;二是精研足球赛事战术,引领球员技术成长;三是激发学生运动潜能,塑造团队协作精神;四是助力足球教学发展,推动“三大球”振兴。然而,也存在以下问题:重视程度不足,缺乏完善的资格认证制度;财政支持力度较低,保障制度尚未健全;人才培养体系缺失,教练执教环境有待改善;知识结构陈旧单一,执教理念较为传统。基于此,提出以下建议:提高重视程度,完善资格认证制度;加大财政支持力度,建立健全保障制度;优化人才培养体系,改善教练执教环境;及时更新知识结构,树立科学执教理念。
The literature review method,expert interviews method and logical analysis method are used to analyze the teaching ability of primary and secondary school football coaches under the perspective of revitalization of the"three major balls".The research concluded that in the perspective of revitalization of the"three big balls",it has the following advantages to improve the coaching ability of primary and secondary school football coaches:Firstly,consolidating students'football foundation and helping campus football set sail;Secondly,facilitating the campus football tactics and leading the technical growth;Thirdly,stimulating students'sports potential and shaping the teamwork spirit;Fourthly,facilitating the development of football teaching and promoting the revitalization of the three big balls.However,there are also the following problems:insufficient attention and lack of qualification certification system;low financial support,no perfect guarantee system;lack of talent training system,lack of coach coaching environment;single old knowledge structure,and the more traditional coaching concept.On this basis,the following suggestions are put forward:improve the importance,improve the qualification certification system;increase financial support and establish a reasonable guarantee system;optimize the talent training system and improve the teaching environment;update the knowledge structure and establish the scientific teaching concept.
