摘要
简要介绍了功率补偿型差示扫描量热仪的原理,并详细分析了样品重量、吹扫气流量、升温速率和降温速率对差示扫描量热法(DSC)测试升温和结晶的影响。实验结果可知:样品重量和吹扫气流量对DSC升温和降温测试都有一定的影响,但是两者影响都较小,样品重量的增加在升温测试中使熔融峰向高温方向偏移,在降温测试中使结晶峰向低温方向偏移;升温速率和降温速率对DSC测试的结果影响较大,熔融峰和结晶峰都发生了较大的偏移。
The principle of the power compensation differential scanning calorimeter is briefly introduced,and the influence of sample weight,purge gas flow,heating rate and cooling rate on the DSC heating and crystallization test is analyzed in detail.The experimental results show that the sample weight and purge gas flow rate have a certain effect on the DSC heating and cooling test,but both have a relatively small effect.The increase in the sample weight causes the melting peak to shift to high temperature during the heating test.In this way,the crystallization peak shifts to the low temperature direction;the heating rate and the cooling rate have a greater impact on the results of the DSC test,and the melting peak and the crystallization peak have a large shift.
