大数据时代下的针灸研究——构建经络体表刺激的脑映射图谱

Acupuncture research in the era of big data:constructing a brain mapping atlas of meridian and collateral with body surface stimulation

摘要 大数据时代下,神经影像学和先进算法分析推动了脑科学研究和脑图谱绘制的进步,针灸作为一种被全球广泛认可的体表刺激疗法,对卒中、抑郁症等多种脑病有效,但其与脑功能的联系及对脑功能的调节规律尚需系统性研究和总结,传统经络理论的科学诠释和临床应用能力也亟待突破。因此,提出构建“经络体表刺激的脑映射图谱”的倡议,旨在探索刺激十二经脉、奇经八脉、经别、络脉、经筋及皮部等发挥的关键治疗作用与脑功能联系的规律,科学诠释中医经络理论,并提升其实际应用能力。本文首先概述脑图谱绘制的现状;其次综述针灸和大脑之间联系的已有研究进展,并阐述构建该图谱的必要性;分析构建方法及其面临的技术关键问题;最后展望了经络体表刺激的脑映射图谱应用前景及其在促进传统经络理论与时俱进中的重要意义。 In the era of big data,combined with neuroimaging and advanced algorithm analysis has promoted the progress of brain science research and brain mapping.Acupuncture and moxibustion,as forms of body surface stimulation therapy,have gained global recognition for their efficacy in treating stroke,depression and other neurological disorders,but its relationship with brain function and the regulation of brain function still need systematic research and summary.At the same time,the scientific interpretation and clinical application ability of the traditional meridian and collateral theory need to be broken through.Therefore we propose constructing a"Brain Mapping Atlas of Meridian and Collateral with body surface stimulation"initiative aimed at exploring specific connections between body surface stimulations such as twelve meridians,eight extra meridians,divergent meridians,collaterals and subcollaterals,meridian tendons,cutaneous regions and key therapeutic roles played by nerve circuits within the brain;thus scientifically interpreting traditional Chinese medicine's theory of meridians while improving its practical application abilities.This paper provides an overview of the status of brain atlases,followed by a review of existing research progress on the relationship between acupuncture and the brain.Furthermore,it elucidates the necessity for constructing a Brain Mapping Atlas of Meridian and Collateral with body surface stimulation and exposits the construction methods and key technical challenges.Finally,this study discusses the potential applications and significant implications of the Brain Mapping Atlas of Meridian and Collateral with body surface stimulation in advancing traditional meridian and collateral theory to keep pace with contemporary advancements.
