摘要
在深入分析当前人工智能专业学位研究生教育存在的难点与痛点基础上,以夯实研究生教育教学实践基地建设为切入点,以优化学业导师和职业导师职责为抓手,以构建特色课程体系和专业实践体系为牵引和驱动,提出一种产学研用深度融合下人工智能专业学位研究生立体培养新模式,以期为研究生培养质量提升以及高层次创新实践人才培养模式创新提供借鉴和参考。
Based on the thorough analysis and exploration of the current challenges and pain points in postgraduate education,this paper proposes a new cultivation mode of professional master degree graduate of artificial intelligence based on the deep integration of productioneducation-research-appl-ication.This mode is centered around strengthening the construction of practical teaching and learning bases,optimizing the roles of academic mentors and career mentors,and designing and implementing engineering practical projects to facilitate a deep integration of academia,industry,research,and practical application.The aim is to enhance the quality of postgraduate education and foster a new high-level innovative practice talent development mode by addressing the inherent issues in postgraduate training quality and offering valuable insights and references.
